On 15 February 2023 this aircraft crashed shortly after departing Redstone Army Airfield in Huntsville, Alabama. The crew was on a training flight and was being vectored for an approach to Huntsville International Airport. At some point the crew became spatially disoriented and lost control of the aircraft. The aircraft impacted a road near Highway 53 and Burwell Road in Huntsville.
