On 03 October 1986 this aircraft was the second aircraft in a flight of two. It impacted the ground when the lead aircraft made an unannounced abrupt right hand turn to avoid a glider. The second aircraft was also forced to make an abrupt turn to avoid hitting the lead aircraft. The crew could not recover from the excessive bank angle (nearly 90 degrees) and impacted the ground.
