On 28 January 1987 this aircraft impacted the ground during an NVG flight, the crew had diverted their attention inside the cockpit when a primary servo caution light illuminated. After impact the aircraft rolled and came to rest on its side. A small post-crash fire ensued near one of the engines but was extinguished by a crew member from another aircraft.
