On 02 July 1983 this aircraft was destroyed when the crew was performing an aerial demonstration. The crew had completed a low-level pass of the airfield and entered a right-hand turn with a bank angle greater than 100 degrees. The aircraft nosed over and impacted the Ground. After hitting the ground, it then hit a 2-story building and was destroyed. While no one was killed in this accident, one passenger (Foreign National) suffered Permanent Disabilities.
