On 22 August 1990 the Aircraft was handed over to the Royal Australian Army and assigned to 5th Aviation Regiment located at Bundaberg, Queensland. Name of Cowling: Invincible In May 1993 the One of 6 deployed to Cambodia aboard USAF C-5A Galaxy as part of the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC). They were painted white with United Nations titles and only a small RAAF serial on the tail. On 31 July 1998 the Aircraft was with 5th Aviation Regiment located at Bundaberg, Queensland. On 10 November 2005 the Aircraft was with B Squadron, 5th Aviation Regiment located at Townsville, Queensland. In August 2014 the Aircraft was transferred to 6th Aviation Regiment based at Holsworthy, New South Wales (NSW). |
