On 12 February 2004 the Crashed in the vicinity of Mt Walker, 25 km southwest of RAAF Amberley while taking part in the Regimental Officers' Basic Course. The aircraft was extensively damaged and later written off. 6 of the 8 occupants suffered injuries, and luckily there were no fatalities.
