In April 1980 the aircraft was accepted into the Army Inventory and assigned to Headquarters, 101st Airborne Division Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This aircraft may have been used for INFRARED COUNTERMEASURE SET AN/ALQ-144 testing when it was with the USA Signal Center at Fort Gordan, Georgia. For some reason after leaving the USA Signal Center the Gold Book indicates the aircraft as an EH-60A. |
